Minutes

Minutes of General Meeting of November 2004 approved

Board Elections

  1. Rich McKee was elected to a full three year term
  2. Keith Huneycutt was elected to the VP/2006 Conference organizer Keith will then be President for 2007 and Past President for 2008.
  3. Deborah Coxwell-Teague as reelected to another three year term as Board Member at-large.

Treasury Report

McKee reported that he estimated that there would be a balance of about $3,000 after all expenses for 2005 were paid.

CEA Report

  1. Socky O’Sullivan announced that the 2006 conference would be April 6-8 in San Antonio and the 2007 conference would be in New Orleans.
  2. Steve Brahlek has bee elected to the CEA 2nd Vice-President position

2005 Conference

Steve Glassman reported that all went reasonably well, the presentations and other events were well attended and well received, and that the conference concluded with a net gain in revenues.

2006 Conference

The 2006 conference will be at Florida Southern College in Lakeland Florida November 9-10 2006.
