FCEA General Meeting, October 22, 2004

 

1.  Julia Rawa and Kevin Morgan welcomed FCEA members to this meeting.

2.  Kevin gave the Treasurer's Report stating that we presently have

$2,586.41 but all bills have not yet been paid.

3.  The Nominating Committee presented the names for new board members:

Steve Glassman, Vice-President (Embry Riddle)

Richard McKee, Treasurer (Ringling)

William Wall, Secretary (Santa Fe Community College)

Patricia Fieto, Board Member (Barry)

The motion to accept these nominations was made and passed.

 

4.  Next year's conference was briefly discussed.  Because Daytona Beach will

be the site, the conference will be held in November.

 

5.  FADE Report - FADE is disbanding until the chairs decide to pick it up

again.

 

6.  Board Meeting is scheduled for the second Saturday in February.

 

7.  Registration and Payment on-line will be a goal for next year's

conference.

 

8.  Steve Brahlek was commended for his putting together a fine conference.
